My name is Anthony Lleras, I am from Logan, Utah currently living in Houston, Texas for work.
I love all things racing. Going fast, building, even watching. I'm super competitive and enjoy a good challenge on track. Its where I find myself. My Zen. My Zone.
I have several years of experience with autocross racing starting in Utah about 2005. For those who are unfamiliar; autocross is a timed race in a parking lot with a track composed of gates made of cones in various arrangements. Cars are classified by make, model, and modifications. This way, everyone is put into relatively (loosely used) fair classes for competition with similarly performing vehicles. I will elaborate more on autocross another time. I Autocross with the Houston SCCA in my 1987 Toyota Corolla FX16 and my 2007 Mazda Miata MX5.
Most of my experience is in the building and tuning of vehicles under severely limited budget using as many tricks as possible to ensure a project comes together and actually runs. Here are some of the cars I have owned:
